  • Advisory and consultation services

  • Communications via phone, email, and SMS

We may work with third-party tools to deliver services securely and efficiently, but your relationship is with Hawkins Davis.
 

2. Client Responsibilities

To provide accurate and timely service, you agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely information and documents

  • Maintain access to relevant financial systems (e.g., bank feeds, accounting software)

  • Respond to communications from Hawkins Davis in a timely manner

  • Maintain responsibility for reviewing your financial reports and making any required business decisions

While we strive for accuracy, we do not assume legal responsibility for decisions made based on our reporting.
 

3. Fees and Payment

Service fees and billing frequency are detailed in your engagement letter or service agreement. Payment is due according to the terms outlined therein. Failure to pay may result in a suspension of services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

4. Communication and SMS Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Hawkins Davis related to:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Account updates or service notifications

  • Responses to inquiries

  • Marketing communications about Hawkins Davis services (if you’ve opted in)
